Feathers for a good cause
Each feather is a signed unique piece.
This hand-crafted sculpture is made of Statuario, the finest Carrara marble. It has been produced in Pietrasanta in Tuscany according to ancient stone-carving traditions. It was made this year when the world was united in a moment of great suffering. It is a symbol of hope for a world where sharing and mutual help between humans is an ongoing reality. Help that soars high above prejudice and greed.
Doctors With Africa CUAMM is an Italian charity committed to improving health services in Africa. In this year, its 70th anniversary, CUAMM has also been working alongside hospitals in Italy in the fight against Covid. One-third of the proceeds of this sale will be donated to Doctors With Africa CUAMM and specifically to the 24 African hospitals where their doctors and nurses continue their vital work in the worsening Covid crisis.
